Volumetric Buildings

Our volumetric building is a mobile system constructed with steel structures. This building option is built in a Quality Controlled Factory and allows the unit to be prebuilt and delivered to the site with very minimal onsite work. Units can be placed on a compacted level surface and do not require a concrete slab. The mobile system allows us to use conventional Mobile Building Sandwich Panels on a steel chassis and allows the buildings to be relocatable very easily and quickly with minimal dismantling costs. This building system has a quick turnaround time of 2 weeks to manufacture which is the perfect solution when one requires instant space.

Plan Approval is based on a Rationale Design: Part 1 to 4 of SANS Document and has a fire rating in accordance with our SABS Testing Certificate and a signed Structural Engineering Certificate can be provided.

Panelised Buildings

The Panelised System allows us to use conventional Mobile Building Sandwich Panels and can be built on a concrete slab or lightweight steel base frame and is erected on site. This system can be dismantled and relocatable if required at an additional cost.

Light Weight Steel Structure

The light Weight Steel System allows us to have an approved building system to SANS 517 which gives the building a 30-minutes to 2-hour fire rating if required. This system is erected on site and can be built on a concrete slab or a lightweight steel base frame and can be dismantled and relocated if required at an additional cost.
