The Polyurethane Panel Plant, the latest addition to M Projects facilities, sits on a 15-hectare industrial complex in KwaMakhutha. It specialises in producing insulated polyurethane panels for the housing market and export. Spanning 3000 m2, the custom-built factory comprises three buildings for production, storage, and expansion.

These versatile panels find application in various construction projects, from prefab walls to roof sheeting. Their lightweight design and superior insulation properties make them ideal for builders and developers looking to streamline construction processes and enhance energy efficiency.

Backbone of the Operation

The following equipment is the backbone of the operation:

• Combination ECB rolls former and cuts to length line with the protective plastic application for Chromadek.
• 12m Manni dual panel press.
• High pressure Cannon polyurethane unit.

Polyurethane panels are any length up to 12m and 1.179m in width. Prefabricated panels are manufactured at 42mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm thickness.
