Prefabricated wall panels are factory-manufactured structural panels typically made from insulated polyurethane used in the assembly of prefab walls, prefab slabs, and roof sheeting applications. At M Projects, prefab wall panels are produced at our KwaMakhutha plant and used across residential housing, agricultural buildings, and commercial construction in South Africa. Their lightweight build reduces on-site labour, while the insulation core improves thermal performance. Panels are supplied in thicknesses from 42 mm to 200 mm and lengths up to 12 m, making them adaptable to most project types. Prefabricated panels are also suited to export projects across sub-Saharan Africa, where speed of build and transport efficiency are priorities.
