The Polyurethane Panel Plant, the newest of M Projects facilities, is located on a 15 hectare, privately owned, industrial complex in KwaMakhutha. The operation was established to produce
insulated polyurethane panels for both the housing market and to satisfy export requirements. The plant is housed in a 3000m2, custom built factory.
The following equipment is the backbone of the operation:
- Combination ECB roll former and cut to length line with protective plastic
application for Chromadek. - 12m Manni dual panel press
- High pressure Cannon polyurethane unit
Polyurethan panel dimensions are any length up to 12m and 1.18m in width. Panel thickness are
manufactured at 42mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm thickness.
Present production consists mainly of insulated panels but is being expanded to encompass
novel roofing solutions and other custom requirements.
The polyurethane panel quality is extremely high, from both a finish and dimensional aspect.
